When we sleep we try to make sense of the day , if we are experiencing stress and anxious feelings during this time we will be experiencing some kind of insomnia. We over produce cortisol and nor-adrenaline in our brain and that could disrupt our sleep.
No over watching the news, having a structure during the week, a daily routine and good distractions will help our mind to meditate in all the positive things we can control.
Before you go to bed have a routine that you can relax: music, bath and avoid any stimulant such as alcohol, caffeine etc..
Remember to do your daily exercises, if you use your energy it will be easier to feel tired at night time.
